What is your service turnaround time?
Normal service turnaround is 4 working days from the date of collection of your items. Express service is available with delivery on the next day (subject to nature and volume of items).
Do you service all areas in Mumbai?
Currently, we cater to clients from Cuffe Parade to Andheri, Chembur, Parel & Lower Parel.
Do you provide a pickup and delivery facility?
Yes, we provide free doorstep pick-up and delivery services from 9 am to 6 pm * Subject to availability & limitation to certain areas
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can try Blue Angel’s services with something as simple as a single garment.
Are you a certified dry cleaner?
Yes, we are certified by DLAI (Dry Cleaners and Launderers Association of India)
Do you have any branches?
We operate through a single store located in South Mumbai at Tardeo . However, we offer free doorstep pick up and delivery service for your convenience.

Is stain removal guaranteed?
Stain removal depends on various factors such as the type of stain, how old it is, how many times it has been processed previously, the colour and material of the fabric. Hence, stain removal is not guaranteed.
However, we at Blue Angel undertake the best possible process for stain removal using imported solvents & state of the art machinery without damaging your garments. With our in-depth expertise in dry cleaning we can safely say that if the stain does not go with us, then it is unremovable.
Is your dry cleaning service eco-friendly?
Yes, we use biodegradable and eco-friendly solvents & detergents.
Can I add special instructions to my order?
Yes, while placing your order, please mention your special instructions to the salesperson and we will adhere to them. You can request for clothes on hanger or folded as per your requirement.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by cash, cheque, Google Pay, credit & debit cards, Paytm , UPI & direct bank transfers (NEFT & IMPS).
